Woman charged after car left hanging from parking garage

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A woman was arrested and charged with Driving Under the Influence after police say she nearly drove her car off the third floor of a Downtown Memphis, Tennessee, parking garage.

According to reports, when Memphis Police arrived at the parking garage on South Second Street and Union Avenue, they saw a 2024 Ford Bronco hanging from the third-floor garage wall.

Kelly Churion, 37, admitted that the vehicle was hers, police said. She was then given a Field Sobriety Test, and her blood was drawn.

Churion was taken into custody and charged with DUI, Public Intoxication, and Reckless Endangerment. Her bond has not been set.
