MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A Tennessee man was arrested after police say he set up a hidden camera in the restroom of a business.
Zachary Alan Young, 37, is being charged with four counts of secretly photographing for lewd purposes.
According to authorities, they responded to a call on Sept. 27 at a business in Oxford, Tenn., after a female victim reported finding a hidden camera in the restroom.
After authorities conducted an investigation, they determined Young to be the owner of the camera, issued a warrant for his arrest, and took him into custody on Sept. 30.
The Oxford Police Department said this is still an ongoing investigation and that more charges could be pending.
