(NewsNation) — Lori Vallow was found guilty Thursday on charges of conspiracy to commit the murder of her former nephew-in-law, who was shot in October 2019.

The jury began deliberations Wednesday afternoon and lasted only a few minutes before adjourning for the day, according to East Idaho News reporting. Jurors returned to deliberations at 10 a.m. Thursday morning. A verdict was read shortly after.

Vallow was found guilty of conspiring with her late brother, Alex Cox, to kill Brandon Boudreaux outside of his Gilbert, Arizona, home in 2019. Boudreaux said he went to the gym, then came home, and as he was waiting for his garage door to open, a nearby Jeep opened its window and fired a gun.

Vallow represented herself throughout her trial and at one point was asked to leave the room after an argument with the judge, during which she raised her voice in discussing whether her “good character” could be presented before the court.

Vallow was previously convicted of the deaths of her children, Tylee Ryan and JJ Vallow, and conspiracy in the death of her husband’s former wife, Tammy Daybell.

She was also found guilty of conspiring to kill her estranged husband, Charles Vallow, in her previous Arizona trial.
