(NewsNation/TMX) — A kidnapping suspect was arrested in Oregon early Tuesday after police released chilling doorbell camera footage showing the man grabbing a woman who was screaming for help.

In the early hours of Monday morning, the Hillsboro Police Department received a report of a possible kidnapping after a community member provided doorbell camera video that showed a woman pounding the door and screaming for help at the stranger’s home.

The video was captured at around 10:45 p.m. Sunday near Southeast 32nd Avenue and E. Main Street in Hillsboro, a suburb of Portland.

In the video, the suspect can be seen coming up behind the woman and grabbing her, carrying her off and putting her in a white pickup truck.

Police released the video Monday seeking the public’s help in identifying the victim and suspect.

In an update early Tuesday, police said the suspect had been arrested and the victim was safe. Neither was named.

“The suspect and victim knew each other and this was not a random attack,” police said. “There is no danger to the public.” The suspect was charged with kidnapping.
