PERTH AMBOY, N.J. (PIX11) — An investigation is underway after a 1-year-old boy was found unresponsive in a New Jersey day care center Friday, according to local authorities.
Authorities received a call about an unresponsive baby at a residential day care Friday morning, officials said.
The 1-year-old was rushed to the hospital, where he was later pronounced dead, police report.
