(NewsNation) — Trial attorney Mercedes Colwin tells “Morning in America” that the families of four slain University of Idaho students may never hear a confession from their suspected killer.
Bryan Kohberger’s plea deal won’t require him to explain his actions, address the court or apologize to the families, Colwin says, and while an upcoming hearing will require him to accept the terms of the deal, it offers little in the way of closure.
