(NewsNation) — Sean “Diddy” Combs‘ former assistant, Capricorn Clark, was called to the witness stand Tuesday, starting the third week of testimony.

Capricorn Clark kidnapped in plot to kill Kid Cudi: testimony

Clark recounted on the stand that in December 2011, “I was kidnapped,” the day Combs allegeldy broke ino Kid Cudi’s — whose real name is Scott Mescudi home.

She said that her former employer showed up at her door with a gun in his hand, and told her to, “put some motherf***ing clothes on. We’re going to kill this n**a,” (referring to Kid Cudi).

The ex-Combs assistant testified she told him she did not want to go, but he was insistent, saying he did not care what she wanted to do.

She got dressed and then got into an SUV with the rapper and his security guard, Rube. They drove to Mescudi’s home which was roughly 15 minutes away. She said Combs and Rube broke through the gate.

She called Ventura on her burner phone, saved under the name “Stormy” her best friend, so Combs would not recognize it, and alerted her to what was going on. She told Ventura not to let Mescudi leave because he was going to get killed.

Combs took the phone from Clark and called the last number. Ventura picked up and Combs questioned, “What phone is this?”

Mescudi drove by and reportedly saw Combs’ vehicle. Clark testified that a one-minute chase took place until Combs calmed down and called Ventura.

“Sean is not going to let me go until you come,” Clark said she told the singer.

According to Clark’s testimony, Combs threatened to kill her, Ventura and Mescudi.

In his testimony last week, Mescudi said Clark told him that Combs allegedly broke into his Hollywood Hills home in 2011. He said Combs had gone into the house because he was upset Mescudi was seeing Ventura, his ex-partner.

The two went to a hotel, where Mescudi said he received the call from Clark. He said she told him, “Sean Combs and an affiliate were in my house, and she was in a car, and she was forced to go with them over there.”

Mescudi said he got into a Porsche 911 convertible and drove to the house, calling Combs on the way. He asked Combs why he was there, and the music producer calmly replied, “I want to talk to you,” and “I’m over here waiting for you.”

Mescudi testified that weeks later, his car was blown up in his driveway.

In the summer of 2006, Clark testified that Combs was violent with her at his Star Island residence.

“I left because he pushed me out of his house,” Clark said.

She described expressing to the chef that she “hated here” after he told her there was no turkey bacon.

The chef, she says, told Combs who shoved her 25 feet and said, “You hate it here, GTFO my house.”

She quit but then returned under the promise that she would not work directly with Combs.

Clark said she was fired in 2021. She said she lost everything as Combs’ music label paid for her car, residence, and her benefits.

She said on the stand that Combs told her she would never work again, and that she would probably kill herself.

After all that Clark said transpired, she had difficulty finding new employment and returned to work as Ventura’s creative director in 2016, and part of that role included telling Combs everything that occurred with the singer.

She said, despite all that had occurred, she decided to return as Combs’ chief of staff in 2024. Clark said, “he wouldn’t be in this mess if he kept me around.”

Clark said she met with Combs in April 10, 2024; two of his properties had already been raided by the federal government.

The prosecution said they would be finished a week earlier than expected; five weeks versus six.
