Witnesses:
Cassandra “Cassie” Ventura: Singer and Combs’ ex-girlfriend will testify under her real name.
“Victims 2-4”: The judge has allowed three other accusers to testify under pseudonyms to protect their identity. They are referred to as “Victim-2,” “Victim-3” and “Victim-4.”
Dawn Hughes: A psychologist who will testify on behalf of the prosecution.
Jury:
12 jurors and 6 alternates will be chosen
Evidence:
Hotel video: Hotel surveillance video obtained by CNN showing Combs beating Ventura in the hallway in 2016 is allowed to be shown under the judge’s ruling.
Other: Prosecutors said they interviewed more than 50 witnesses and obtained evidence from over 120 cellphones, laptops and other electronic devices during their investigation. They also recovered guns, ammunition and large amounts of baby oil and lubricant from his homes.
