(NewsNation) —Sean “Diddy” Combs will forfeit cellphones, hard drives and camcorder footage labeled “Ibiza Tapes” to federal authorities as part of his conviction on prostitution-related charges.

In a court filing Wednesday, federal prosecutors listed more than 90 items belonging to Combs they intend to seize or keep in federal custody. U.S. Customs and Border Protection will hold the items in “its secure custody and control,” according to the filing.

In addition to multiple sets of devices — such as iPads, iPhones and thumb drives — the government will also keep $9,000 that was seized when Combs was arrested at the Park Hyatt hotel in Manhattan in 2024, the filing states.

While it is unclear what is depicted on the so-called “Ibiza tapes,” the footage was shot with a Sony “DVCAM” camera, according to the filing.

Combs filmed several sexual encounters he dubbed “Freak Offs” or “hotel nights” between his former partners and male escorts, according to testimony from several witnesses during his trial.

The forfeiture was signed off by Combs, his attorneys and prosecutors.

Combs was sentenced to four years and two months in prison earlier this month after being convicted in July on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution under the Mann Act. He was acquitted of the more serious charges of racketeering and sex trafficking.

At the center of a monthslong trial earlier this year, Combs’ clout and celebrity were put in focus around accusations of human trafficking and prostitution.

During his sentencing hearing last week, Combs issued several apologies, including to former partner Casandra “Cassie” Ventura, her family, a woman who testified under the pseudonym “Jane” and all victims of domestic violence.

“My actions were disgusting, shameful, sick. I was sick,” Combs said. “I’m not this larger-than-life person. I’m just a human being. … I got lost in excess. I got lost in my ego.

“I have nobody to blame but myself,” he continued. “I know I’ll never put my hands on another person again. I know that I have learned my lesson. And I take full accountability and responsibility.”
