(NewsNation) — Anyone shopping for a car may be wondering which brands are the best and worst in 2026.
Consumer Reports, an independent research nonprofit, ranked 31 car manufacturers. The ratings are based on the averages of new vehicles’ overall score, which factors in results from road tests, safety assessments and reliability and owner satisfaction surveys.
Out of 31 car manufacturers, these are the top 10 best and worst car brands for next year.
