(NewsNation) — A Pennsylvania man has been charged in the gruesome murder of his father after the victim was found beheaded inside the family’s home, according to police.

Justin Mohn, 32, has been charged with murder and abuse of a corpse after police say he allegedly decapitated his father and then posted the brutal act on YouTube.

The victim’s wife reportedly found her husband’s body in the bathroom before calling 911. She told the dispatcher that he was decapitated.

Tom Sofield, a reporter with Levittown.com, was present as police investigated the murder scene.

He told NewsNation’s Ashleigh Banfield it was the worst scene he’s ever experienced in his 13 years as a journalist.

“You could immediately tell it wasn’t a normal crime scene,” Sofield said during an appearance on “Banfield.”

“The police officers all very somber, which they usually are in a homicide, but even more so this time. As things started to develop, more people showed up. You could see the look on their faces. They were shell shocked.”
