(NewsNation Now) — Jamie Lynn Spears’ memoir “Things I Should Have Said” was published Tuesday amid public controversy surrounding the actress’ relationship with her sister, pop icon Britney Spears.

In the book, Jamie Lynn Spears “opens up for the first time, telling her unfiltered story on her own terms,” according to the publisher’s website.

Also, social media is a new front in the battle to attract financial app users, and the people who know that language best are the influencers. More specifically, they’re now called “finfluencers.”

Comedian Amy Schumer says she finally feels good for the first time in a long while. Schumer posted photos on Instagram on Tuesday with a caption describing the multiple medical procedures she’s undergone recently, including surgery for her painful endometriosis.

It’s become commonplace for celebrities to share everything with their fans, including their surgeries — emergency and elective. In the same post, Schumer mentions that she also had liposuction.

Dr. Michelle Henry, a surgeon who specializes in skin cancer, hair restoration, cosmetic procedures and advanced laser surgery, weighs in.
