DESOTO PARISH, La. (KTAL/KMSS) – A wanted Stonewall man accused of multiple alleged felony charges involving juveniles was taken into custody Friday morning after a brief barricade situation on Red Bluff Road in Stonewall.
According to the Desoto Parish Sheriff’s Office (DPSO), 34-year-old Kameron Jeane was arrested just before 10 a.m. on January 16, 2026.
Recently, DPSO investigators were informed by the Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Office that numerous felony arrest warrants had been issued for Jeane.
Those charges include:
- 1 count of Pandering
- 3 counts of Carnal Knowledge of a Juvenile
- 3 counts of Indecent Behavior with a Juvenile
- 3 counts of Second Degree Cruelty to a Juvenile
- 3 counts of Contributing to the Delinquency of a Juvenile
- 1 count of Possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material
- 3 counts of Computer-Aided Solicitation of a Minor
- 2 counts of Stalking
The Internet Crimes Against Children Division unit later advised that Jeane was believed to be in the DeSoto Parish area. Through further investigations, DeSoto Parish investigators discovered additional evidence, resulting in 134 additional felony charges related to Child Sexual Abuse Material.
Those additional charges include:
- 134 counts of Possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material
- 1 count of Indecent Behavior with Juveniles
The arrest comes after DPSO posted on Facebook on January 15, alerting the public to an active warrant for Jeane. An additional alert was issued earlier Friday morning as law enforcement worked to locate and capture him. The operation involved multiple agencies.
Authorities confirmed Jeane was taken into custody without further incident. He is currently being booked into the DeSoto Parish Detention Center.
