(NewsNation) — Brittany Furlan, the wife of rocker Tommy Lee, is seeking a restraining order against musician Ronnie Radke, whom she says is fixated on her.
In court documents filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Monday, Furlan accused Radke, the lead singer for the band Falling in Reverse, of being “unhinged and obsessed” with her, according to the Daily Mail.
Her recent request for a restraining order was unsuccessful, but she was granted a Jan. 23 hearing date to possibly secure one.
“It’s encouraging that in response to our filing that the judge indicated that she wants to hear more evidence before issuing Orders,” Furlan’s lawyer, Lou Shapiro, told the Daily Mail.
Furlan is hoping to get the restraining order “she so desperately needs,” her lawyer said.

Furlan is alleging that Radke has been harassing her online over the last year and was in a “secret relationship.”

In court documents obtained by the Daily Mail, Furlan says that she and the “Popular Monster” performer exchanged explicit pictures on Snapchat last year, while she and Lee were having a rough time in their marriage.
Ronnie Radke: I was catfished
Radke filed a lawsuit last week to subpoena Snapchat in an effort to find out who’s been impersonating him online, according to TMZ.
He’s accused multiple people of using his likeness to catfish others on Snapchat for “purposes of harming, intimidating, threatening and/or defrauding” others.
Radke denies ever messaging Furlan and wants to get metadata from Snapchat.
In her filing, Furlan rejected Radke’s claim that someone was impersonating him.
