(NewsNation) — A process server was arrested last week after attempting to deliver deposition papers to Taylor Swift, 35, on behalf of Justin Baldoni, according to Star.
Justin Lee Fisher, a former cop-turned-private investigator, was charged with “jumping the fence onto a private residence in a private neighborhood.”
Fisher was reportedly caught on Travis Kelce’s Leawood, Kansas, property on Sept. 15.
The arrest comes after the judge presiding over the sexual harassment case involving Blake Lively, 38, and Baldoni, 41, denied the director’s request to depose the “Cruel Summer” singer.
Taylor Swift granted restraining order
Fisher’s arrest came a week before Swift was granted a restraining order against a man she said was stalking her at her Los Angeles home and who claimed they had a baby together, according to TMZ.
A judge ordered that Brian Jason Wagner stay at least 100 yards away from Swift for the next five years.
Wagner reportedly showed up to Swift’s home multiple times in May. She was granted a temporary restraining order in June against him.
Taylor Swift’s fractured friendship with Blake Lively
Swift and Lively’s friendship has been strained because the singer was mentioned twice in Baldoni’s now-thrown-out countersuit against Lively, according to NewsNation’s Paula Froelich.
First, when Lively, texting Baldoni, compared herself to Khaleesi from “Game of Thrones,” writing: “If you ever get around to watching Game of Thrones, you’ll appreciate that I’m Khaleesi, and like her, I happen to have a few dragons. For better or worse, but usually better. Because my dragons also protect those I fight for. So really we all benefit from those gorgeous monsters of mine. You will too, I can promise you.” (Swift and Lively’s husband, Ryan Reynolds, being the dragons).
In another incident, Swift was told to appear at Lively’s apartment during a meeting the actress had with Baldoni — and “innocently” said she loved Lively’s draft of the infamous rooftop scene.
“Taylor is annoyed she was brought into this,” a source told Froelich in January. “She was supporting her friend — and went to her house to hang out, and now that (hangout) is part of (Baldoni’s) lawsuit. It’s a lot.”
Lively and Baldoni co-starred in the movie “It Ends With Us.” In December of 2024, Lively filed a lawsuit against Baldoni, who also served as the movie’s director, for alleged sexual harassment and creating a hostile environment on the movie set.
She also alleged Baldoni orchestrated a smear campaign against her.
