KANSAS CITY, Mo. (WDAF) – Taylor Swift has broken another world record, but this time it doesn’t have to do with her music.

Swift’s recent appearance on “New Heights,” a podcast hosted by her fiancé Travis Kelce and his brother Jason Kelce, helped to bring in 1.3 million concurrent viewers on YouTube — a Guinness World Record, according to the organization.

“Fans went simply wild for the episode that offered not only the surprise announcement of her upcoming studio album ‘The Life of a Showgirl,’ but also an insight into her loved-up relationship with Travis,” Guinness World Records wrote in its announcement.

As of August 28, Swift’s episode of the podcast had been watched a total of 21.4 million times on YouTube.

The Aug. 13 edition marked Swift’s first appearance on the Kelce brothers’ podcast, though she had previously been a topic of discussion. Even before they started dating in 2023, Travis Kelce revealed on the show that he had attended one of Swift’s concerts in the hopes of giving her his phone number.

During her appearance on “New Heights” earlier this month, Swift — together with Travis Kelce — gave listeners an inside look at their early relationship.

She also called him “a vibe-booster in everyone’s life that he’s in.”

“He’s like a human exclamation point,” she said.

Swift then told listeners about the process of reclaiming her master recordings, and later shared a sneak peek at “The Life of a Showgirl,” her 12th studio album.

This week, Swift and Travis Kelce also revealed they had become engaged, sharing the news with fans via Instagram.

“Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married,” Swift wrote in the caption of the post.
