(NewsNation) — The brother of late NFL player Pat Tillman has been arrested on suspicion of arson after a fire at a U.S. Post Office in San Jose, according to reports.

Police responded to a car crash at the post office at around 3 a.m. on Sunday after a car rammed into the building, causing it to go up in flames.

No injuries were reported and it took about an hour-and-a-half for 50 firefighters to get the fire under control.

Richard Tillman, 44, was arrested and held in lieu of $60,000 bail with a court appearance scheduled for Wednesday.

Tillman is the brother of Pat Tillman, who left the NFL to enlist in the military after 9/11 and was killed while fighting in Afghanistan, The San Francisco Chronicle reported.

The U.S. Postal Inspection Service is investigating the incident as potentially intentional but did not provide any more information.
