(NewsNation) — The affair between Ana de Armas and Tom Cruise is heating up as the couple were snapped cruising around Majorca this week… but could the couple be planning to move in together soon?
De Armas sold her New York City apartment in SoHo this week, leaving only an off-grid $7 million estate in Vermont as the sole property in her portfolio.
According to Realtor.com, de Armas got $3.5 million for the two-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom pad, which was redecorated by Oprah Winfred’s pal, Nate Berkus.
The “Knives Out” actress bought the apartment in 2021, shortly after breaking up with Ben Affleck. The couple had lived together in Los Angeles and reportedly broke up after Affleck told de Armas he didn’t want any more children [he has three with his ex, Jennifer Garner].

Ana de Armas got close with Tom Cruise in London
De Armas, 37, is keen to have kids “soon” and has remained single until earlier this year when, while living in London and shooting “Ballerina,” she got close with Cruise, who was in the city promoting “Mission Impossible – The Final Reckoning.”
According to pics published in Hello!, the new couple are sailing around the Spanish island of Menorca on a lavish yacht. Photos show the two lounging on bean bags on the deck while sailing around the island.
I’m told Cruise, 63, is “open” to having more children. He has two adopted children, Connor and Isabella, with his ex, Nicole Kidman and Suri with his other ex, Katie Holmes… which is good news for broody de Armas.
Cruise also leads a very private lifestyle, with homes in Los Angeles and Clearwater, Florida, which suits de Armas. She told E! News last September she bought her Vermont spread in a bid to live a quieter life, saying she wanted to escape “the craziness of the world.”
