(NewsNation) — Casandra “Cassie” Ventura testified in federal court Friday that she has reached a $10 million settlement with the Intercontinental Hotel in Los Angeles, where Sean “Diddy” Combs violently attacked her in the elevator bank in March 2016.
While under questioning by the defense, Ventura said she struck a deal with the hotel recently; however, she did not disclose details of her claim.
This revelation comes after Ventura’s cross-examination ended.
During her time on the witness stand, the pregnant Ventura testified to being in an abusive relationship with the now-imprisoned music mogul and the circumstances surrounding “Freak Offs,” sexual encounters choreographed by Combs that involved heavy drug and alcohol use.
