(NewsNation) — Asheville, North Carolina, Mayor Esther Manheimer tells “CUOMO” her city badly needs resources in the wake of Helene, which made landfall in the United States as a Category 4 hurricane last Thursday. Its floodwaters isolated the mountain city of Asheville, cutting off roads and cell service and leaving its residents stranded.
