(NewsNation) — Robert Pondiscio, who formerly worked as a fifth-grade teacher in New York’s Bronx borough, told “On Balance with Leland Vittert” that he’s glad cellphones are being banned in schools across the country, calling them “classroom cancer” that hinders learning.
