MEMPHIS, Tenn. –Police are looking for a man who they say stole an Amazon van while the driver was making a delivery in Midtown Sunday afternoon.
MPD said that when the driver stopped at a residence on North Cooper Street and Court Avenue, the thief jumped into the vehicle and drove away.
Investigators have released pictures of the suspect that appear to be taken from a camera inside the Amazon vehicle.
The van was later recovered in the 500 block of Leath Street in North Memphis. Police have not said if anything was taken from inside the vehicle.
